These terms and conditions govern the use of the Envirotone website and the purchase of goods from Envirotone (ABN 73 424 362 571), based at Coastal Co-Lab, Henry Wilson Drive, Rosebud, Victoria. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. About Envirotone

Envirotone supplies compatible and genuine printer cartridges, office supplies, printers, and related consumables to customers across Australia, including our own Envirotone Everlast Compatible compatible cartridge range. All prices on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be provided.
• Approved business accounts may access 30-day trade credit terms; all other orders require payment at the time of purchase.

3. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders placed before 4:00pm AEST are dispatched the same business day, subject to stock availability at the relevant dispatch centre.
• Free delivery applies to orders over $80; a delivery fee may apply to smaller orders.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary based on your location and courier service delays outside our control.

4. Product Compatibility & Guarantee

Envirotone Everlast Compatible compatible cartridges are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management systems, and are engineered to match OEM print quality and yield. If a compatible cartridge fails to perform to standard, we will replace it at no cost. See our Returns & Shipping Policy for details.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Envirotone's liability for any claim arising from the supply of goods is limited to the replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, or the cost of replacing the goods. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfering with normal operation of the site, or using automated tools to scrape pricing or product data without our written permission.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
